In order to reinforce the Sales Team at its Headquarters in Biel, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently recruiting for a
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER FOR AMERICA (F/M)
You have several years experience in an International company as Regional Sales Manager. You will report to Swatch Vice President Sales International. Your tasks will consist of:
- Lead business in his/her Area as per Swatch global strategy
- Visit and understanding of Area Market
- Transmit brand spirit through attitude and way of thinking
- Strengthen Brand values in market and warrant respect of the Brand image
- Establish professional contact with partners and subs and follow them on a daily business
- Inform VP Sales on permanent basis about area market evolution
- Constantly evaluate accuracy of local structure (needs of hiring/changing people)
- Follow-up of figures & analysis on product order/sales + provide influence and corrective actions
- Define Business Plan and DME contribution
- Push partners to reach figures as per budget
- Advise partners on development choices, on marketing issues, on potential risks / problems
- Answer in very short time to partners requests
- Link partners with appropriate persons in HQ and permanently monitor contact between Partners and HQ
- Troubleshoot and evaluate every issue arising on a daily basis
- Keep him/herself informed about area markets environment
Your Profile
You must be flexible and adaptable, have entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, action oriented and enthusiasm to drive results. In this position you will need to be persuasive, have strong analytical skills, you like numbers, and the ability to work under pressure. You are an open minded and creative person who likes to work with and in an international Team.
Professional Requirement
If you have a degree in international business, sales or a related discipline; if you have gained a 3 to 5 years experience in retail and sales, particularly as Regional Sales Manager; if you are interested in numbers and figures and you are good in consolidating numbers, if you are fluent in English and Spanish. Proficient in an additional language such as French, (every additional language is very welcome), thank you for sending your CV in English and all required documents!
